Prague, Nov 13 (CTK) - The Tibetan Dalai Lama will pay a visit to Prague
from November 29 to December 2 at the invitation of former Czech president
Vaclav Havel and Havel's Forum 2000 foundation, Filip Sebek, from the
foundation, told CTK Thursday.

The 14th Dalai Lama will have a public address and he will meet Havel and
the lower house deputies who form the Group of Friends of Tibet.

"We are happy that His Holiness is of good health and so we can welcome him
in Prague already this year," Forum 2000 head Oldrich Cerny said.

Havel was the first president to meet the 14th Dalai Lama not only as a
spiritual leader, but as the head of Tibet. Dalai Lama has visited the
Czech Republic several times since then.

Dalai Lama usually spends several months a year travelling, teaching
Buddhism and promoting Tibet's fight for more freedom and its patrial
autonomy within China.
