Vietnamese shot dead at market place
Dubi, North Bohemia, Nov 21 (CTK) - A Vietnamese man was shot dead and
another Vietnamese was injured in a shooting incident at the market place
in Dubi on Friday morning, North Bohemian police spokeswoman Sarka Polackova
told CTK on Friday.
The wounded Vietnamese was taken to hospital.
The unknown perpetrator escaped from the scene of crime.
Detectives are investigating the case on suspicion of murder. Its motive is
not known yet.
The results of the dead man's autopsy will be known on Monday, Polackova
added.
The Czech police investigated another shooting incident among the
Vietnamese in Dubi in the summer 2003. Two Vietnamese, including a
14-year-old boy, were then injured by unknown sharp items.
