Real property is typically considered to be Immovable property The terms real estate and real property are used primarily in common law, while civil law jurisdictions refer instead to immovable property.

Thanks for sharing a great informative post. Every business is facing some problem due to the recent economic meltdown. And real estate is the area which is in great affect. But that scenario is going to change. I want to shift my virtual New York office space to Prague. And as, according to you, the real estate market in Prague is in tenants favor, it is going to be good deal for me.
