The sale of the Vyšehrad Victoria office building by Skanska Property Czech Republic to Austria's Hypo Real Invest for EUR 13.5 million (CZK 347.657 million) is another sign that the Czech real estate investment market has kept up the momentum seen in the final quarter of 2009.
