Prague, July 18 (CTK) - The foreigner police will strengthen patrols at Czech airports over Wednesday's bomb attack at Israeli tourists on the Burgas airport in Bulgaria, foreigner police spokeswoman Katerina Rendlova has told CTK.

According to the Bulgarian Interior Ministry, the explosion in the Burgas Black Sea resort killed five persons and injured another 33.

Due to this, several tens of police officers more will patrol Czech airports, Rendlova said.

"We have adopted security measures involving the strengthening of the patrols at airport lounges and of bomb disposal experts. This will mainly relate to the Prague-Ruzyne international airport," Rendlova said.

The Bulgarian Interior Ministry has confirmed it was a bomb attack targeting a bus at the airport with tourists on its board.

An Israeli eye-witness has said it was a suicide attack, the Reuters news agency has reported.

According to Bulgarian media, three buses were hit, one having exploded and another two having caught fire.
