Prague, Sept 13 (CTK) - Frequent changes to tax regulations are seen as a problem by 59 percent of Czech firms, while in other countries 52 percent of firms said tax changes affect negatively or are even causing harm to their business, according to a June poll by the company Deloitte.

Almost one third of Czech firms are convinced that tax certainty in the Czech Republic is worse than in advanced countries. Only 5 percent of domestic respondents hold the opposite view, the survey conducted among 1,328 respondents from 24 countries including the Czech Republic has shown.

The survey has also revealed that 96 percent of domestic firms consider their contacts with tax offices very good or good, an opinion also held by firms in the other countries. Problems with tax offices concern the income and VAT taxes, the firms said in the survey.
