Prague, March 18 (CTK) - Czech energy group CEZ and Czech Coal mining group have come to terms on coal supplies to the CEZ-run plant Pocerady, the online version of Czech daily E15 reported Monday referring to sources from CEZ's management, but CEZ spokeswoman Barbora Pulpanova refused to comment.

She told CTK she "could not comment on the information."

The daily said the agreement now waits to be signed.

Under the agreement, Pocerady should be provided with coal for 30 to 50 years. Also, both companies have agreed to not attack each other and end all disputes, E15 said.

The document also deals with an option to sell Pocerady plant to Czech Coal. The price of the contract may climb up all the way to Kc200bn, the daily said.

The agreement will finish a dispute on coal supplies to Pocerady from the nearby mine Vrsany which belongs to Czech Coal.

Pocerady's long-term agreement expired at end-2012 and both sides tried to negotiate the price of 2013 coal supplies last year already.

Czech daily Hospodarske noviny (HN) reported earlier that the price of brown coal from Vrsany should reach Kc39 per gigajoule and that in the future the price would be tied to the price of black coal.
