Garden keeper uncovers bronze hoard in west Bohemia

A bronze hoard from the Late Bronze Age, one of the most significant in the past decades, was uncovered on the outskirts of the west Bohemian town of Nova Role by a local resident who was picking stones to decorate his garden earlier this week, the region's spokeswoman said.

Prague offers ten million for fingerprint devices to Greece

ČR considers sending L-159 plane instructor crews to Iraq

Verdict for corrupt Czech judge mitigated to five years

Next group of Iraqi refugees to be accommodated in north Moravia

Another, third group of Christian refugees from Iraq will arrive in the Czech Republic in a week or two and will be accommodated in the Karmel facility in Smilovice, north Moravia, Martin Frydl, from the Generation 21 Foundation that organises and finances the project, told CTK on Wednesday.
