CEFC Group (Europe) Company (CEFC) will take over the five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel in Prague. The transaction is subject to approval by the Office for the Protection of Competition. CEFC’s vice-president Marcela Hrdá has stated that the acquisition is part of CEFC’s growth strategy aimed to benefit from the rapid increase in the nos. of tourists between China and Czech Republic.
