Raiffeisen – Leasing funded deals worth CZK 4.3bn in 2014. According to a statement by director Alois Lanegger within the framework of a ČIANEWS survey, CZK 1.385bn of it was in real-estate leasing. Raiffeisen – Leasing was successful both in the implementation of projects in which it is the financing partner as well as in development activities. For instance, last year H-Park Brno’s B Building was opened, a new building of the Austrian secondary school started to be built in Prague-Modřany, and the construction of terraced houses continued in Prague-Písnice.
