CPI PROPERTY GROUP has announced the acquisition of a retail center in the Polish city of Tarnow, consisting of five retail units with an area of 2,161 m2. Executive director Zdeněk Havelka said that the portfolio of smaller retail centers in Poland will help diversify the structure of CPI’s retail acquisitions. He added that the Polish market is stable and that similar acquisitions will be a suitable complement to retail centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
