New passenger car registrations in the Czech Republic in 7M 2016 grew by 12.50% y/y to 151,517 pcs. ŠKODA brand held the biggest share on total registrations (49,088 vehicles, 32.39%). It was followed by Volkswagen (15,030 pcs, 9.91%) and Hyundai (12,028 cars, 7.93%). Passenger car registrations in the Czech Republic in July totalled 18,739 (down 12.5%). This stems from the statistics of the Automobile Importers Association (SDA).
