VIGO Investments completed the acquisition of insurer Triglav Pojišťovna in late May/early June 2015; the acquisition started in fall 2014. Triglav Pojišťovna is now thus fully owned by a Czech owner. According to VIGO Investments’ board of directors chairman Pavel Řehák, Triglav’s acquisition is a major shift in the firm’s plans in the insurance segment. The acquisition was approved by the Czech National Bank (CNB).
