Telecommunications operator Dial Telecom has acquired 29% stake in the firm ČD-Telematika. The information was confirmed to ČIANEWS by Dial Telecom’s Marketing and PR Manager Martina Setunská. The company has decided not to specify the value of the transaction for the time being. According to Ms. Setunská, the operator will reveal details and reasons of the transaction later in January.
