PPF has sold two local land plots intended for development purposes. The third land plot is about to be sold. This information has been confirmed to EIANEWS by PPF’s spokesman Radek Stavil who added that these steps were part of the previously announced corporate strategy focusing on acquisitions and asset management of the completed real estate projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. PPF will not disclose any details on the respective talks and sale terms.
