KOH-I-NOOR holding extends the division KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY by the acquisition of tool works FORMEX. KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY will register nearly 800 employees. The total planned 2015 turnover is about CZK 1bn and the EBITDA will total CZK 140m. FORMEX was acquired from the company GCT. According to KOH-I-NOOR MACHINERY CEO Robert Záboj, the company wins a specialised company for optical part to its portfolio and strengthens thus its position in the field of the production of plastic parts for the automotive industry in the region of Central Europe.
