Nearly one fifth of developers focusing on construction of offices (18 %) want to increase prices in the year 2016. This is according to a Study of Development Companies in Q2/2016, prepared by CEEC Research in cooperation with KPMG. 82 % of respondents are planning on maintaining the current level of prices. In the year 2017, 45 % of companies expect an increase of prices.
