In 1Q 2016 P3 leased 50,210 m2 of space. Of this total, 46,210 m2 was accounted for by storage space and 4,000 m2 by office space. P3 has registered the most interest in the immediate vicinity of the capital city. This is where parks P3 Prague D1, P3 Prague Horní Počernice, P3 Prague D8 and new facility P3 Prague D11 are located. The company has a leasable area totaling 942,640 m2 and lots for the construction of more than 177,000 m2 of additional space.
