AŽD Praha has signed a contract with the Serbian Railways for the delivery, installation and launch of the interlocking plant for the Belgrade station. Spokesperson Jiří Dlabaja has informed ČIANEWS that the contract’s value totals EUR 4.2m. The tender was won by a consortium of six companies led by Energoprojekt Oprema, with AŽD Praha as one of the members. Within its further cooperation with the Republic of Serbia, AŽD Praha collaborates on the Nis-Dimitrovgrad project and/or the upgrade of the TENT power plant.
