Swedish polymer processing solution provider Trelleborg Group announced on November 9, 2015, that is has entered into an agreement on the acquisition of ČGS Holding. The price in cash will total ca. SEK 10.9bn. The transaction, subject to approval by relevant authorities, is expected to be closed in H1 2016
