Development and investment company NEINVER is entering the Czech market. It co-operates with The Prague Outlet to complete the Prague The Style Outlets centre nearby the Václav Havel Airport. The joint venture is financed by PPF Bank. NEINVER will be in charge of the project lease and administration. The centre is planned to open in October 2017 and it will offer about 100 shops on more than 20,000 sq m. The second stage is planned two or four years later and will expand the centre with an additional 10,000 sq m.
