Totally 153,300 m2 of warehouse premises were completed in 16 new industrial buildings in the Czech Republic in Q4 2015. Speculative projects accounted for 22% of the total. This stems from the preliminarily data on the warehouse and production property market from the Industrial Research Forum (IRF).
