Industrial property investor Accolade plans to invest EUR 80m into the construction of more than 150,000 m2 of warehouse space and space for light industry and logistics in Poland. This was confirmed for ČIANEWS by the chairman of the company’s board of directors, Milan Kratina. The company wants to focus more on e-commerce, grocers and logistics in Poland. The developer of the projects is Panattoni Europe, which already has concrete building tenants. The company is also considering further international expansion.
