CENTRAL GROUP has bought into its portfolio a vacant building lot along Bassova street near Vysočanská metro station in Prague. The developer plans to build an apartment house with 130 units in the location in the future. According to board of directors chairman Dušan Kunovský, CENTRAL GROUP has also decided to buy a brownfield in the former Tebas factory. The 22,500 m2 lot between Poděbradská, Pod Harfou and Kabeova streets could be used for 700 new apartments. The planned project’s investment value exceeds CZK 2bn.
