Erste Group Immorent ÈR (Erste GI) has sold the Enterprise Office Centre building in Prague to RSJ Investments and Avast’s founders Eduard Kuèera and Pavel Baudiš. The purchase price totalled CZK 3bn. The twelve-storey Enterprise Office Centre offers 29,069 m2 of area to let. Tenants include Avast Software and CSC Computer Science. The property was built by STRABAG. RSJ Investments’ board of directors member Lukáš Musil has stated that the company, together with its co-investors, wants to continue with additional real estate project acquisitions.
