The no. of Komerční Banka’s (KB) clients using at least one direct banking channel totalled 1.289 million in March 2015. Mobile banking is used by 20% of clients and Internet banking by 80% of clients. The spokesperson for KB, Michal Teubner, has stated in a survey for ČIANEWS that KB plans to add administration of permanent money orders and collection orders to mobile banking. The bank is also working on QR code reading of money and collection orders.
