With regard to the improving outlook of the Czech economy, development-company directors predict an increased demand for office premises. It should grow by 2.1% in 2015 and by 3.2% in 2016 (all over the Czech Republic). In Prague, new demand should grow by 1.2% in 2015 and by 2.3% in 2016.
