Heating company Teplárny Brno’s (TB) core long-term project is the reconstruction of the heat energy distribution system. The investment totals ca. CZK 200m. The main benefit is the reduction of losses from heat distribution, leading to lower fuel costs. Additional investments totalling ca. CZK 70m are heading into new connections and handover stations. CEO Petr Fajmon has told ČIANEWS that the investment into technology repairs and distribution network totalled CZK 38m before the 2015/2016 heating season.
