P Slovakia, a member of Energetický a Průmyslový Holding (EPH) group, signed on December 18, 2015, an agreement with Enel Produzione SpA, on the sale of its stake in Slovak utility Slovenské Elektrárne (SE). The information was provided by EPH. The transaction’s price, totalling EUR 750m, will be subject to subsequent adjustment mechanism. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said on December 20, 2015, that Slovakia had signed a memorandum with Enel, granting Slovakia the option for 17% stake in SE. According to PM Fico, the option may be used within six months from the completion of the 3rd and 4th blocks in the Mochovce nuclear power plant.
