Y Soft Ventures, the investment division of the corporate solutions provider Y Soft Corporation, announced an investment of USD 2.3m on June 23, 2016 in the technological companies GreyCortex (USD 1.3m) and Lumitrix (USD 1m). GreyCortex is developing the solution Mendel, for analysis and forensic monitoring of network operations, which is intended for medium and large companies. Lumitrix produces and develops software and hardware solutions for videomapping. Both companies reside in the Czech Republic.
