Václav Havel Airport Prague handled totally 5 233 583 passengers in H1 2015, up 5.4% y/y. Passengers from European countries and Middle East grew most significantly. The spokesperson for airport operator Letiště Praha, Marika Janoušková, has stated in a survey held by ČIANEWS that the top growing destinations are London-Stansted, Dubai, Frankfurt, Rome and Amsterdam. The average flight occupancy increased by 3.6 percentage points to 74.5% (from 70.9%).
