Zetor’s business manager, David Pipal, who is part of a high-profile Czech delegation currently visiting Iraq, has announced the signing of a CZK 800 million contract with the Iraqi State Company for Mechanical Industry. The company is to deliver 1,500 components for assembly in Iraq. The Brno-based tractor producer Zetor has developed a new model, the Antor, specifically designed for the sandy geological conditions of the Middle East and arid climates and has delivered 50 tractors to Iraq so far this year.
