Panattoni Europe and its partner Logistis, fond AEW Europe, have erected the first column of a new hall in the Panattoni Park Prague Airport II near Pavlova in the district of Kladno. The building of 10,000 square metres will probably be completed in October 2016 and will serve for logistics or light production. Panattoni is currently negotiating with potential tenants. Its general manager Pavel Sovička said that in the course of eight months, the construction of two buildings began in Park Prague Airport II, which offer 33,000 square metres of industrial premises. In several stages, the park will offer space for six buildings with a total area of up to 123,000s square metres.
