In the first quarter of 2015, Českomoravská Stavební Spořitelna (ČMSS) made 55,616 new contracts on construction savings including increased target amounts, down roughly 19% on the year. The total target amount volume amounted to CZK 22.630bn, which is 6.1% less than in 2014. Within the framework of a ČIANEWS survey, this statement was made by ČMSS communication director Rostislav Trávníček who added that ČMSS provided 7,085 bridging loans and construction-savings loans in the first quarter of 2015 totalling CZK 5.327bn, up 5.7% on the year.
