Commercial property developer CTP has won a loan in the amount of EUR 110m to fund the industrial area in Modřice, Brno district, from Erste Bank Group. The zone will provide a lettable area of 20 hectares. The companies have closed transactions to fund commercial property worth over EUR 750m in last 15 years.
