In 2015 EKOSPOL increased its profits before taxes to more than CZK 230m, a y/y increase of roughly 15 %. It sold 900 new apartments, up from 800 in 2014. This was stated for ČIANEWS by EKOSPOL general manager and board of directors chairman Evžen Korec. Thanks to the acquisition of lots the developer expects to build 5,000 new apartments worth CZK 10bn in the coming five years.
