EP Cargo and Innofreight have entered into a long-term contract for the supply of railroad technology. EP Cargo has informed that the value of the contract totals several billion korunas. The contract for the supply of brown coal transport wagon and containers is part of the project for the transport of coal from the MIBRAG mine to the Buschhaus power plant. EP Cargo should transport 2.5 million tons of coal per year until 2030. 70 new InnoWagons will be used for the transport. A semi-automatic stationary unit, located in the Buschhaus power plant, will be used for unloading the trains.
