The Czech National Bank kept its interest rates on hold after its September policy meeting, disappointing some hopes for a second rate rise in two months. The CNB left the two-week repo rate at 0.25 per cent, the discount rate at 0.05 per cent and the Lombard rate at 0.5 per cent.
