Prague, 31st October, 2013: OpenCall, the new low-cost, prepaid GSM operator that was launched on the Czech market by DH Telecom just two months ago, has announced today the signing of an agreement with Citi-Tabak to become the latest major retail outlet to offer the OpenCall service.

As of November 1st, 2013, Opencall SIM cards and top-up credit will be available in more than 40 Citi-Tabak stores throughout Prague, as well as various outlets in Mlada Boleslav, Karlovy Vary, Liberec and Terminal 1 of the Prague International Airport. This new signing means that OpenCall services are now available in more than 150 stores and outlets throughout the Czech Republic, with the number increasing every day.

Speaking about OpenCall’s ongoing and fast expansion, Vincent Charollais, Managing Director of DH Telecom, commented: “DH Telecom is delighted that the OpenCall service is rolling out so fast and that some of the countries’ major retailers are already keen to offer OpenCall SIM cards and top up facilities for sale. Actually, we have been astonished by the speed in which the numbers of interested customers are increasing, and this demand has meant that we have had to move fast to open enough retail outlets to meet it.

OpenCall services are also available for purchase on-line on www.opencall.cz, where a new marketing campaign to promote the agreement with Citi-Tabak will be launched next week. A full list of retailers is also available on the website or potential customers can call 778 820 820 to find their closest retailer. Prices for the OpenCall services are the lowest on the current market and DH Telecom plans to announce several new tariffs with even more discounted rates over the coming few weeks.

OpenCall is the retail brand of DH Telecom and operates on the Vodafone network infrastructure, providing a full portfolio of mobile services.
