The large hole on Prague’s Wenceslas Square can finally be used for the construction of a new building. A valid building permit has been issued to developer Flow East for the corner of Wenceslas Square and Opletalova Street. Main construction on planned mixed-use Flower House should be finished by the fall of next year, and it should be fully ready by the start of 2020.
