Brno International Engineering Fair was visited by 72,500 persons in the first four days. The visitor number is expected to exceed 80,000, a seven-year high. The share of international guests exceeded 10%. The fair was attended by 1,711 companies from 35 countries, exhibiting on an area of over 44,000 m2. For the first time ever, international exhibitors’ share exceeded 50%, with Germany, China and Slovakia the most represented foreign countries. Industry 4.0 was the main topic. Totally 150 companies were presented in two pavilions and independent exhibitions.
