The Czech centre-right governing coalition has agreed that a new government will replace it during the country’s EU presidency, said outgoing PM Mirek Topolánek. But Topolánek, whose government was toppled last week half-way through the Czech EU leadership, made it clear that talks on its composition were still under way.
