Schwarzenberg warns that EU excludes Balkans at its peril

The Czech Republic, just a few days ahead of the European Parliamentary elections. Polls show a very low interest of citizens for this vote, something Karel Schwarzenberg, until recently Czech Foreign Minister, is worried about.
