The official visit by Duda will start on Tuesday with talks with his Czech counterpart Milos Zeman, Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka and heads of both houses of parliament, Jan Hamacek and Milan Stech.
Zeman’s spokesman Jiri Ovcacek said the two presidents would discuss cooperation between the Visegrad Group (V4) countries in their stances on the migrant crisis and the development of transport corridors.
V4 comprises Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
The Polish Embassy said Duda and Zeman would discuss the NATO summit that will be held in Warsaw in July.
Duda will remember the 1050th anniversary of the introduction of Christianity in Poland. In April 966, Polish ruler Mieszko I was baptised. According to chroniclers, Mieszko’s wife was Doubravka (Dobrawa) of Bohemia and had a major influence on his decision to accept Christianity.

Duda will also lay a wreath to the tomb of Vaclav Havel, the first Czech post-communist president.
The Polish Embassy said Havel has become a symbol of the rebellion and the fight for freedom in the Czech Republic.
