The coalition government ČSSD, ANO and KDU-ČSL approved at its meeting on December 22, 2014 a public order for the maintenance of aircrafts CASA C – 295M. On December 22, 2014 the government led by Bohuslav Sobotka (ČSSD) approved a directive specifying the extension of the tax duty transfer from dealers to customers. According to Michal Žurovec of the press department of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, the directive reacts on the amendment of the VAT Act. On December 22, the Chamber of Deputies approved a draft of the bill on public health insurance.The amendment includes an increase of the volume of treatment covered from public health insurance in the spa segment by up to CZK 500m per year. Kofola ČeskoSlovensko has acquired from Slovenian firm Pivovarna Laško 75.31% stake in mineral water producer Radenska for EUR 13.59 per share. Kofola has cooperated on the acquisition with Slovenian investment group P&P Group, with which it will control Radenska after the transaction is finalised. ČKD GROUP companies have so far lost three projects where they were about to sign the respective contracts since June 2014.
