Totally 1 115 613 motor vehicles were manufactured in the Czech Republic in 10M 2016, up 5.6% y/y. Passenger car production grew 5.6% y/y to 1 109 924 units. The information was provided by the Automotive Industry Association (AutoSAP). Year-on-year growth was reported by ŠKODA AUTO (up 8.77%), Kolín-based carmaker TPCA Czech (up 2.02%) and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech (up 1.56%).
