Companies owned by our publisher
Our publisher also owns Novostavby.com (new-build homes), Hypoteky.com (mortgage tools and guides) and the Home Real Estate projects and services, including the flat valuation service. That is a conflict of interest on housing, property, construction, planning and mortgages, and we want you to know it.
How we handle it
- We link to these sites where they are relevant to an article, and in boxes at the end of housing and money articles. Those boxes are labelled “From companies owned by our publisher”.
- Nobody pays us for these links. They are ordinary links to the publisher’s own sites, and they are not marked as paid placements.
- Housing and property articles follow the same sourcing rules as everything else: official sources, no invented figures. Network sites are never listed as sources.
- If an article is about one of these companies or their projects, we say so in the article.
