Engineering firm Hestego plans to float a subsidiary in one of two considered locations in China in Q1 2015. The information was confirmed to ČIANEWS by Hestego’s business director Dagmar Hořavová. By the end of 2015 Hestego plans to supply telescopic covers for machine tools to clients in China. The initial investment is estimated at ca. CZK 50m and the employee base at ca. 30, with gradual increase after production launch. According to Ms. Hořavová, Hestego also plans expansion to Russia, the US and Brazil.
