Czech group ČEZ has used its subsidiary ČEZ Energetické služby to gain control over Pardubice-based EVČ, a company focused on design and realisation of energy constructions, including energy savings projects.
The transaction includes also EVČ’s stakes in three companies, a stake of 50% in BES Bratislava, 49% in ENESA and 20% in TEPLO Votice.
