A dozen finalists will compete Sept. 28 in Prague for the title Miss Vietnam České republiky – Open for Europe. Proceeds from the fourth annual beauty contest will be used to the support efforts by Development Worldwide, Info-Dráček and Svaz Vietnamců v ČR to fight the effects of dioxins in Vietnam, a legacy of the war that ended in 1975.
